The availability of the Mesa Municipal Court’s case management system data and case records are subject to the Arizona Supreme Court Records Retention Schedule.

The Court's Online Payment System is NOT available daily between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM Arizona Time.


Due to the concern of the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Mesa Municipal Court is taking additional precautions to ensure the health and wellness of our court visitors. While the Mesa Municipal Court remains open to serve the public, given the current public health emergency, and in the interest of public safety, certain limitations and changes in court practices are necessary.

Per Arizona Supreme Court Administrative Order, all persons entering the courthouse will be required to wear a mask or face covering.  Social distancing requirements remain at six feet.

You are required to provide your own mask or face covering.

Criminal Courtroom Walk-in Hours

Walk-in Hours to the criminal courtroom are on Monday - Thursday from 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM.

No appointment necessary during the walk-in hours to:

  • Quash Outstanding Warrant
  • Re-order jail
  • Re-order counseling
  • Lift MVD Suspension
  • Modify Release Conditions
  • Bond Exoneration
  • Restitution Non-payment

All other motions will need to be filed at the customer service counter, by email, U.S. mail or fax.

Civil Traffic Courtroom Walk-in Hours

All civil traffic walk-ins will be assisted at the customer service counter with a Civil Traffic Hearing Officer on Monday - Thursday from 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Por Resolución Administrativa de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de Arizona, cualquiera que ingrese a la sede del tribunal deberá usar mascarilla o cubrebocas. El requisito del distanciamiento físico continúa siendo de seis pies.

Horario para personas sin cita en los Juzgados Penales

El horario para las personas sin cita en los juzgados penales es de lunes a jueves de 3:30 pm a 5:30 pm.

No es necesario tener cita durante este período de tiempo para:

  • Anular una orden de detención
  • Solicitar una orden nueva de encarcelamiento
  • Solicitar una orden nueva para consejería
  • Cancelar la suspensión de licencia de conducir emitida por el Departamento de Vehículos Motorizados (MVD)
  • Modificar las condiciones de libertad
  • Actualizar pagos atrasados por indemnización

Cualquier otra solicitud deberá presentarse en la ventanilla de atención al cliente, por correo electrónico, por medio de la oficina de correos, o a través de un fax.

Las personas con infracciones de tránsito serán atendidas sin tener cita por un funcionario Judicial de Audiencias de Infracciones de Tránsito en el mostrador de atención al cliente de lunes a jueves de 7:00 am a 6:00 pm.

Cualquier otra solicitud deberá presentarse en la ventanilla de atención al cliente, por correo electrónico, por medio de la oficina de correos, o a través de un fax.
