Everything was ready to go out of the box and easy to start up. The set up is clean and easy to upgrade if needed. And the 3080 is an incredible card. Very happy with this product. The gaming power this pc has is the best.

I ordered a refrigerator 10 days ago and had to call the delivery number 5 times. Horrible delivery system where they let you know the time between 8-9 pm the night before which is always during the workday no matter if you tell them your open times or not. They just keep asking if anyone can be there and I keep having to tell them I am a single mother working full time and NO. No way to schedule out a delivery for a future day/time because instead you have to call back each day and they just say it is up to the delivery people who we can not contact at all. Why have this third party system? So time consuming and stressful way to do deliveries. Now when I called again today, they have none in stock. Ridiculous system. So who knows when I will actually get the product I ordered? I should have read the reviews before I ordered from here. Ugh!!

DO NOT ever go to Conn's. They have taken us auto pay and they Charge us late fee. Called 3 plus times to fix and gone to store to be told it is fixed to only make call today and gentlemen says that this could never be done. They tell you something different every time. Even with my notes and I wrote all names and times he still says I did it. I have filed a formal complaint which absolutely does no good because they are all incompetent. Please for your money and sake do not buy from there.

I purchased a sectional what I thought was a leather sofa. It was Horrible and bad quality... it's shedding, the wood is broke in the arm and it sinks in as you sit. I personally will not purchase from Conn's anymore.

Ordered refrigerator online 9/1/21. Received email confirming order. When ordered said in stock and could be delivered as soon as today 9/4/21. I have been trying to make contact with someone and every time for the last 48+ hours when I FINALLY reach a live person I get transferred again. Then the call disconnects. I have put my life on hold expecting to receive a $2000.00 refrigerator today and I cannot speak with someone to tell me what is going on?!?! There is a pending charge on my credit card for almost 3 days and now my cc company cannot do anything about it they say.

I got this LG fridge with warranty which I paid for, it stopped working and I had to get another fridge, I moved the not working one to an exterior kitchen (with walls) and they sent a tech. He didn't ask me or tell me anything and left, now they avoided/canceled my warranty bc the fridge was outside. They told me they had nothing to do with it, and is only one year old.

Okay my refrigerator went out so I did a pre-approval application online and I was approved for $5,000. Went to the store to get a refrigerator. The salesman said, "We have a bundle special that is going on. If you buy these three or more appliances you get so much off." Okay. Went to the refrigerators. Saw one that I liked. But he said, "Oh this one will be better because you will have more space because the ice maker is on the door and not inside. So I said okay then I said, "I need the matching appliances such as the microwave, stove and dishwasher." So he said, "Well the stove will be in but I just checked we are out of this refrigerator and the refrigerator won't be in for like 2 months but we have this one right here." I said I don't like that one. He said, "But you need one right now and you'll get so much off if you buy three of the appliances."

I said, "But I don't want that one. I want this one," and then I picked another one because he said that second one that I picked wasn't going to be in for 2 months as well. Then he said the stove and microwave wouldn't be in for that particular refrigerator as well. So then he went back to the same one and I kept saying no I don't like GE products. He said, "GE is the best one and we just got this one in this year." I said, "Okay I'm sold because I have to go home because y'all closing in about 10 minutes."

So he then showed me the matching stove, dishwasher and microwave. He said, "Look how big that microwave is." We didn't open up the microwave because on the outside the microwave looked so big. He looked at the measurement of the inside and outside of the oven of the stove and said, "Look how big this oven is." So I was sold by that as well but then he said I have a problem because the microwave won't be in for about a month. I was frustrated at this point because I'm leaving out with something that I really didn't like but absolutely needed. I said, "Okay that's fine. He said, "Well you would have to come and pick it up but the other appliances will be delivered in two days and 2 days after that someone is going to come in and install them."

It took 3 weeks for me to get someone to come out and install the dishwasher which doesn't work at all like he explained it would. I went picked up the microwave a month later. Didn't think about okay look at the microwave and see how it look. It sat in the box for about a couple of weeks until I got someone to come and install the microwave. When I open the microwave the microwave is so small. The extra width of the outside of the microwave door is an exaggeration. It has so much plastic outside the original door of the microwave to make it look like it's huge on the outside. It sticks out so much into my kitchen space and would actually harm someone if they'd run into the door without looking.

I told the salesman I don't like this microwave. I want to bring it back. He said, "Well the return policy date is up and even if we was to take it back it'll be a 15% return stock fee and there's no guarantee that you are going to have another microwave." The refrigerator that I have that he sold me is horrible. It is nothing like he said it would be. The dishwasher runs for 2 to 3 hours and you can't just choose a rinse cycle or a dry cycle. You have to run it from the beginning or shut it off and then start it all over again. The stove if you put it on light it won't light up. I have to put it above the word lite in order for it to light up. At this point not a air is filled up with a little gas smell before it lights. This whole bundle is crap. I paid more for the installation and the 4 years extra coverage on the refrigerator than the actual appliances. Ugh I am so fed up with Conn's.

DONT SHOP WITH THEM. THEY ARE LIARS AND DON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR IT — My couch is STILL broken! And has been broken since delivered on 07/02! It’s now 08/18 — they want a payment but have yet Provide a resolution —— I was also talked into signing a contract from a manager who told me that my interest would be interest free for the full term on the Conn's house account, and then interest free for 12 months for the Synchrony financial account! I was told today the manager lied to me and everything is interest free for only 12months. I have been lied to from this company since the initial point of sale and if I have to drive to that store it won’t be pretty! They told me I would be paying $300/month no interest. Now telling me I signed to pay $542/month!!!

I NEVER AGREED TO THIS. I was going to order online but actually came in the store for clarity before purchasing and this is what I was told and promised. The store doesn’t want to take ownership for their MANAGER LYING AND SLAMMING TO A CUSTOMER INTO A FALSE POINT OF SALE! And now I'M the one who’s stuck in the **!! I’m highly pissed the ** off and someone better fix this.

They tell you all this lies to get your business. They tell you if you spend this amount you’ll get a gift card! All lies. They don’t send you any statements nor can you view them online. You can only pay your bill and see the last two amounts you paid. Silly me I was just paying my bill but it was all going to get interest. I had a 720 credit score

Floor & Decor makes plans for Antioch store

  • Remodeling of former Target store part of developer Oldacre McDonald's planned 300-acre mixed-use project

Specialty retailer Floor & Decor is looking to open its first Nashville-area retail location in a portion of the former Target store in Antioch.

The Atlanta-based hard surface flooring retailer is expected to occupy space next to Conn's HomePlus in the building at 5330 Cane Ridge Road.

Nashville-based Oldacre McDonald LLC is remodeling that building as the first part of a massive 300-acre, mixed-use project.

Next week, the Metro Board of Zoning Appeals is expected to consider the developer's request for an 80-foot height for signage for both stores. Currently, a maximum height of 50 feet is allowed.

The 80-foot height is expected to provide more visibility for the stores, which are expected to open in the spring. That's because the former Target building off Bell Road near Interstate 24 lacks frontage on a major street.

Conn's HomePlus first retail tenant of massive Antioch project

If approved Nashville-based sign shop Joslin & Son Signs will handle installation of the sign.

The 15-year-old Floor & Decor offers a selection of marble, hardwood, travertine, granite, ceramic, tile and laminate flooring, available to  individual consumers and contractors.

Elsewhere in Tennessee, the company has operated a store in Memphis for more than two years.

In late July, Oldacre McDonald LLC and its Atlanta-based development partner TPA Group paid roughly $6.29 million for four parcels totaling 155 acres near the former Target store that's known as Century Farms. Hospital chain Community Health Systems is expected to buy 35 acres of that property for a six-story, 240,000-square-foot shared services center.

By year's end, the  Oldacre McDonald-TPA partnership plans to complete buying another 130 adjacent acres from car dealer Lee Beaman to finalize its assemblage of properties for the mixed-use project.

The overall plan for the 300-acre site includes 65 acres of offices with 20 acres potentially a mix of retail and offices, 70 acres of mixed-use retail with some residential above it and another 50 acres of pure retail.
