365 Frozen Stories

Experience the fantastic adventure filled with magical objects, secret sects, and life as we know it on the line! Mixing magic and physics, Ted Sanders has created an epic story that has the feel of classic fantasy but twists it into something new and innovative.

From the moment Horace F. Andrews sees the sign from the bus—a sign with his own name on it—everything changes. The sighting leads him underground, to the House of Answers, a hidden warehouse full of mysterious objects. But there, he finds only questions. What is this curious place? Who are the strange, secretive people who entrust him with a rare and immensely powerful gift? And what is he to do with it?

When Horace finds the Box of Promises in the curio shop, he quickly discovers that ordinary-looking objects can hold extraordinary power. From the enormous, sinister man shadowing him to the gradual mastery of his newfound abilities to his encounters with Chloe—a girl who has an astonishing talent of her own—Horace follows a path that puts the pair in the middle of a centuries-old conflict between two warring factions in which every decision they make could have disastrous consequences.

Here’s How Your Child Can Listen to Stories from “Frozen 2” in Anna & Elsa Voices

Now your Frozen fan can hear stories straight from Arendelle in their fave characters’ voices! The Nest Mini and other Google Assistant smart speakers make story-time come to life with the voices of Elsa, Anna, Olaf and Kristoff.

All you need to do is say, “Hey Google, tell me a Frozen story” and your Elsa enthusiast can listen to a tall tale narrated by the Disney character.

Of course, if your kiddo prefers Anna, Olaf or Kristoff to Elsa, they can listen to a special story voiced by the other characters, too.

Your child can also listen to Disney’s Frozen and Frozen 2 Golden Books with sound effects and music. Simply say, “Hey Google, read along with Frozen 2” to activate this feature.

Frozen Stories Come Home with Google Assistant Smart Speakers

With Frozen II storming theatres in just a few days, it seems that Frozen fever is starting to take over once again. Whether you’re gearing up for an adventure into the unknown or indulge in all things Arendelle after you see the latest film, Google has a way for you and your family to enjoy some Frozen fun. Last month, Google introduced a new generation of its Google Nest Mini and, with it, unveiled Frozen stories you can activate on your Google Assistant smart speaker.

To access the feature, all you need to do is say, “Hey Google, tell me a Frozen story.” This will transport you to a fireside gathering with Elsa, Anna, Olaf, and Kristoff. With you being the guest, you get to decide who in the group should tell the next story.

Each of these tales is about three or four minutes long from start to end. Production-wise, the sound elements — music, sound effects, narration, etc. — are well mixed, creating an enjoyable listening experience. As for the stories themselves, well… some are certainly better than others. On the whole, though, I’d say they’re pretty entertaining.

One thing I do really appreciate is that these are more than just retellings of the films’ plots. That said, several of the stories do reference characters or settings from both of the films.

Interacting with the Frozen stories, I ended up coming across some accidental fun. For example, when I took too long to choose a charter, Olaf came on to say “I did not understand that. Maybe I will when I’m older!” If you’re not aware, this a direct reference to the happy snowman’s tune on the Frozen II soundtrack. Little touches like this really show that these weren’t just slapped together productions.

By the way, this isn’t the only Frozen integration Google offers. You can also tell your device you want to read along with Disney’s Frozen or Frozen II Little Golden Books. This will allow you to read the book aloud with the addition of sound effects and music. I haven’t had the chance to try this one out for myself but it certainly seems pretty cool if you have any little Frozen fans in your household.

Frozen stories can be found on any Google Assistant smart speaker device — and Disney’s Frozen II hits theatres November 22nd.

Nest Mini is here: listen to stories from Disney’s “Frozen 2”

Nest Mini hits shelves today, just in time to help you catch up with what’s been happening in Arendelle as Disney’s “Frozen 2” hits theaters. Join Elsa, Anna, Kristoff and Olaf around the campfire for a dozen tales that you can only hear on the new Nest Mini (and other Google Assistant smart speakers), available starting today.

To get started, just say, “Hey Google, tell me a Frozen story” and you can pick which character you’d like to narrate (and more stories will be coming by the end of the year).

For families who want to relive the films at home, Google Home and Nest smart speakers can help read along with you. When you read Disney’s “Frozen” and “Frozen 2” Little Golden Books aloud, the Google Assistant brings the books to life with sound effects and music. Just say, “Hey Google, read along with Frozen 2” to get started.

Parents can give their kids access to the Assistant on Nest Mini and other Google Assistant smart speakers  by creating an account for kids under 13  (or the applicable age in your country) through Family Link, then linking their Google Account and voice to Google Nest. Google Nest already comes with lots of other Disney games, so you can go on interactive adventures with some of your favorite characters right from your living room.

You can pick up your Nest Mini, Google’s newest smart speaker with better sound, an upgraded Assistant and a sustainable design, at the Google Store, Target, Best Buy and more retailers. So, get ready to gather the family around your new Nest Mini and go back to Arendelle with Disney’s “Frozen” 2 stories and be sure to catch the film in theaters on November 22.

Ask the 'Frozen' Characters to Tell Your Kids Stories Using Google Assistant

Image for article titled Ask the 'Frozen' Characters to Tell Your Kids Stories Using Google Assistant

If you have some Frozen fans in your household, a new Google Assistant skill is likely to be a big hit: you can have characters from the movie read you a story.

The skill is available on all Google Assistant devices now by default. To activate it, just say “Hey Google, tell me a Frozen story.”

When you do, you’ll launch the skill (there’s some music and an intro), which takes you to a campfire with some of the film’s main characters. After the intro has finished playing, you or your child can select a character you’d like to tell you a story.

It’s a fun trick, and a free one, and is bound to impress younger kids.

The stories last just a few minutes, making them a decent option when you need a bathroom break without the kiddo or want to put something quick on before bedtime.

Google also says it’s adding more stories into the mix, so that tale you hear from Elsa tonight might potentially be different than the one she tells tomorrow.
